Portable Defeats Speed Darlington in Dramatic Celebrity Boxing Match(Videos)

 

Controversial street-hop star, Badmus Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, emerged victorious over fellow entertainer Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, in a much-anticipated celebrity boxing match tagged "Chaos in the Ring."

The showdown took place on Saturday morning at the Balmoral Events Centre in Lagos, drawing a crowd eager to witness the clash of two of Nigeria's most eccentric personalities.

The bout ended with Portable securing a technical knockout (TKO) after Speed Darlington reportedly sustained an injury to his right wrist, rendering him unable to continue. The ‘Baby Oil’ crooner was later seen being escorted out of the venue in an ambulance.

But the drama didn’t end in the ring.

Shortly after the fight, Speed Darlington took to Instagram, claiming that Portable used ‘juju’ (traditional charms) against him, insisting he was still ready to fight despite the injury.

As expected, the match sparked a frenzy on social media, with fans debating everything from the fight’s legitimacy to Speedy’s dramatic post-fight claims.
