Level 100 Student Allegedly Commits Su!c!de After Girlfriend's Infidelity

 

A heartbreaking incident has rocked the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Ghana, following reports that a level 100 student allegedly took his own life after discovering his girlfriend's infidelity.

The young man reportedly died by suicide on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, after an emotionally devastating encounter. According to eyewitnesses, he was said to have collapsed upon finding his girlfriend in an intimate situation with another individual at GUSSS (Ghana Universities Staff Superannuation Scheme) Hall One.

The emotional trauma from the incident is believed to have pushed the student to the tragic decision of ending his life by hanging.

Local authorities, including the Winneba police, have since retrieved the body and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
