A Desperate Plea Ignored: Nigerian Lady Mourns Loss of Friends to Domestic Abuse

 

A Nigerian woman, Tracy Mcwary, has shared a heartbreaking story about two women who tragically lost their lives after refusing to leave their abusive marriages.

Taking to Facebook on Monday, February 17, Mcwary revealed that she had previously advised both women to walk away from their toxic relationships. Unfortunately, they chose to stay, and the consequences were devastating.

“Two women I advised to leave their marriages in the past have today lost their lives in the same marriage. One committed suicide, while the other died as a result of abuse,” she wrote.
