Justin Bieber Hit a Photographer with His Sports Car

Justin Bieber's known for his reckless driving hit a paparazzi on Monday night. The 19-year-old pop star  had this accident as he was leaving the Laugh Factory with friend and confidant Lil Twist.

Reports have it that Bieber will not be charged with a crime for the incident because the photographer didnt sustain any significant injury.
